Omega 3 for dry and red eyes

One remedy that has helped is flax seeds.

I use it and is helping to relieve the dry eyes and thus redness as well.

The flax oil also helped but I stopped it due to possible rancidity and possible harm to the prostate..

Fish oil did not help me at all for some reason.

Other sources to try are chia seeds and walnuts.

I take 1000mg x4, flax per day. It does hep with the dryness, but not the redness, for me.

Can you describe the possible harm that comes to the prostate due to flax oil?

And flax seeds? Where do you get them? How is it best to take them? And how much daily?
